Motorex Copper Paste - 100g (High Protection)

Motorex Copper Paste is a high-performance assembly compound designed to prevent metal components from seizing under heavy mechanical loads and extreme temperatures. It forms a durable separating layer between metal surfaces while providing excellent resistance to corrosion, fretting and high pressure.

The semi-synthetic base oil provides lubrication at temperatures up to 280°C. At higher temperatures, fine copper particles maintain the lubricating and separating effect, giving the paste an operating range of –30°C to +1100°C.

Ideal for workshop use on suitable metal-to-metal contact points, threaded fasteners and press-fit connections where dependable long-term protection is required.

Recommended Applications

• Hub-to-rim contact surfaces
• Thermally or mechanically stressed metal connections

Apply a thin, even coating with a brush. Always follow the component manufacturer’s service instructions.

Important: Not suitable for rolling-element bearings, rapidly rotating plain bearings, braking surfaces, brake pads or disc rotors.
