Returns
The Odd Spoke offers returns on items sold online subject to the conditions below. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Change-of-mind returns
Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused and its original tags are attached.
- The item is in its original packaging and is undamaged.
We may request photographs to verify the condition of the goods. Heavily discounted or final-sale products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where this is clearly stated on the product page. This exclusion does not affect rights relating to faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods do not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Contact us so the issue can be assessed. Where we confirm a product problem or an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate return process and reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.
Requesting a return
Email info@theoddspoke.com.au with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Please wait until The Odd Spoke has issued a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending the item.

Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and should use a reputable tracked service. Where a return is required because of an error by The Odd Spoke, we will provide an RMA and prepaid return label. Original shipping charges are refundable where required due to our error or under applicable law.
Refunds
When issuing an RMA, we will confirm the approved remedy and refund method. Refunds are usually made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
In-store returns
Returns may also be brought to The Odd Spoke at Unit 1/827 Old Northern Road, Dural NSW 2158. Store hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–3pm; closed Sunday.
Packing returned goods
Returned goods must be packed carefully to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Items heavier than 1 kg should be protected by a cardboard outer package. Customers are responsible for transit damage resulting from inadequate return packaging.
