Shipping Policy
*Free shipping exclusions: Free standard delivery is available on eligible Australian orders of A$100 or more. Bulky items incur a separate delivery charge. Bicycles and other products marked In-store pickup only, including restricted dangerous goods and oversized items, cannot be shipped and do not become eligible for free delivery when your order reaches A$100.
Australian delivery charges
All amounts below are in Australian dollars and include GST.

The A$100 threshold is assessed on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Free delivery covers eligible standard items only; it never removes a bulky delivery charge or a pickup restriction. Express delivery is optional and is not included in the free standard delivery offer.
Bulky items
Designated bulky products, such as eligible indoor trainers, complete wheels and wheelsets, transport racks and substantial repair or storage stands, attract a flat A$69.95 Australian delivery charge. This rate applies once to the bulky items in an order, including when more than one bulky item is purchased. Bulky products are not eligible for free standard delivery, express delivery or automatic international delivery.
Some oversized or very heavy products cannot be sent through our available parcel service. These products are marked for in-store pickup only. Contact us before ordering if you would like us to check whether a separate freight arrangement is possible; delivery is not available unless we confirm the arrangement and any charge with you.
Orders containing different types of products
When an order contains bulky and standard items, the applicable delivery charges are combined at checkout. The A$69.95 bulky charge still applies. For example, where the order qualifies for free standard delivery, the combined standard delivery charge is A$69.95. Where the A$10 standard charge also applies, the combined charge is A$79.95. The available methods and total delivery charge are shown before payment.
If your cart contains a pickup-only product, arrange to collect the order or place separate orders for pickup and delivery. Adding other products or increasing the order value does not make a pickup-only item shippable.
Bicycles and in-store pickup
Bicycles and other products marked In-store pickup only must be collected from our Dural store. They are not available for standard, express or international delivery, regardless of their price or the order total.
Please wait for our pickup-ready text message before travelling to the store. Bring your order confirmation when collecting. A checkout preparation estimate is not confirmation that your order is ready.
Dangerous goods and restricted products
CO2 cartridges, kits containing CO2 cartridges, designated aerosols, loose lithium batteries and other products marked as restricted dangerous goods are currently available for in-store pickup only. Standard, free, express and international delivery are not available for these items.
Carrier restrictions can depend on the product, packaging, quantity and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery of a restricted product. We must confirm an approved service and any delivery charge before accepting it for shipment. An empty inflator head or other accessory supplied without a cartridge is not restricted merely because it is compatible with CO2 cartridges.
Dispatch and delivery times
Standard parcels are generally sent with Australia Post. If an order has not been dispatched within two working days of receipt, we will contact you by email or phone with an updated dispatch estimate.
The following are indicative transit times for standard parcels after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays:

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Bulky deliveries may take longer. Express transit times depend on the destination and carrier network; express delivery does not guarantee same-day dispatch or next-day arrival. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
International delivery
International delivery is available for eligible products and destinations where a carrier rate is returned at checkout. Charges are calculated for the order and destination; there is no universal A$20 international flat rate. Australian free-delivery and fixed-price offers do not apply internationally.
Bulky, pickup-only and designated dangerous-goods products are excluded from automatic international delivery. If checkout does not offer a delivery method, contact us before ordering. Delivery times vary, and customs processing may cause delays. Any destination duties, taxes or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.
Tracking and delivery problems
We will email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking events may not appear until the carrier processes the parcel.
If your order is delayed, missing, incorrect or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Where practical, photograph any damage to the parcel and goods and keep the packaging for assessment. Signing for or accepting a delivery does not remove your rights if the goods are damaged or faulty.
