Australian shipping
Indicative standard delivery times

Standard parcels are generally sent using Australia Post. If an item has not been dispatched within two working days of receiving the order, we will contact the customer by email or phone with a revised dispatch date.
Australian shipping charges
- Standard shipping: A$10 for orders under A$100.
- Free standard shipping: orders of A$100 or more.
- Express shipping: A$15.
The shipping methods and amounts displayed at checkout are authoritative for the products and destination in the order.
International shipping
Standard international shipping is currently A$20 to eligible countries shown at checkout. Availability and delivery times vary by destination.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided by email after dispatch. Tracking events may not appear until the carrier has processed the parcel.
Shipping damage
Please inspect the condition of a delivery before signing for it. If the parcel appears damaged and you are unsure about the condition of the goods, do not sign for it as being received in good order. Reject the delivery and contact The Odd Spoke so we can arrange the appropriate next step.
