Restore smooth, responsive performance to your FOX 36 suspension fork with the SKF Dual Compound Fork Seal Kit. Developed for demanding mountain bike applications, these premium seals combine exceptionally low friction with reliable protection against water, mud and trail debris.
SKF’s Dual Compound construction uses two purpose-specific materials within each seal. The durable green compound provides structural support and secure surface grip, while the softer red compound follows microscopic imperfections in the fork stanchion. This helps reduce stiction, improve small-bump sensitivity and maintain consistent sealing throughout the fork’s travel.
A self-cleaning open-wind spring allows mud and contamination to pass through its coils while maintaining stable pressure against the sealing lip. Internal metal reinforcement supports the seal structure for dependable performance and long service life.
