Shimano ST-R7020 STI Shift-Brake Lever 105 Left for 2x11-Speed Hydraulic / Mechanical Shift

The Shimano 105 ST-R7020 Left Dual Control Lever combines precise front shifting with confident hydraulic disc-brake operation in a comfortable, ergonomically refined road lever. Designed for Shimano 105 R7000-series 2×11-speed drivetrains, the left-hand lever controls a double-chainring front derailleur while operating the front hydraulic disc brake.

Its redesigned internal shifting mechanism delivers a light, intuitive action, particularly when paired with the Shimano 105 FD-R7000 front derailleur. Ergonomics inherited from Shimano’s higher-tier Ultegra components provide a secure and comfortable grip, while the adjustable lever reach allows the position to be tailored to different hand sizes.

The hydraulic braking system provides controlled, consistent stopping performance in wet and dry conditions, making the ST-R7020 a dependable choice for road, endurance, gravel and cyclocross applications. It is suitable for replacing a damaged lever or completing a Shimano 105 mechanical 2×11-speed hydraulic-disc cockpit.
