CushCore PRO MTB Tyre Insert

CushCore PRO is the original high-performance tyre insert designed to add protection, stability and damping to aggressive mountain bike tubeless systems. Its closed-cell foam profile sits against the rim, helping protect against impacts and pinch flats while supporting the tyre sidewall for more predictable cornering and control at lower pressures.

Designed for 2.1–2.6 inch tyres and rims with a 22–35 mm internal width, CushCore PRO is suited to trail, enduro, downhill and e-MTB riding where maximum support and impact protection are priorities.
