The oversized 24 x 2.6-inch Kenda Slant Six tyres provide outstanding grip and plenty of natural bump absorption. Their generous air volume helps smooth out rocks, roots and uneven trails while maintaining traction on loose surfaces. This allows Cannondale to use a lightweight rigid alloy fork, keeping the bike agile and easy for smaller riders to manoeuvre.

An easy-to-use 8-speed drivetrain provides a useful range of gears for climbing hills, cruising around town and building speed on the trail. The microSHIFT trigger shifter and Shimano rear derailleur deliver smooth, intuitive gear changes, while shorter 145mm crankarms support a more natural pedalling position for younger riders.

Powerful Tektro mechanical disc brakes deliver predictable stopping performance in changing conditions. Cannondale’s Kid-Correct geometry and appropriately sized contact points—including the handlebar, grips and saddle—help young riders maintain a comfortable and controlled position.
